Original recipe makes 4 Servings
225 GramsLamb or beef mince
1 WholeOnion
50 gramsBreadcrumbs
5 wholeEggs
1 TspCinnamon
400 gramsChopped tomatoes
2 TspGranulated sugar
1 TspRas el hanout

Bus station Kefta with egg and tomato Preparation

Knead minced lamb or beef with onion breadcrumbs 1 egg cinnamon parsely and salt and pepper ipuntill well mixed.

Shape into small balls about the size of a walnut, makes about 12 balls.

Fry the meatballs, stir in the tomatoes, sugar and ras el hanout and most of the corriander. Bring to the boil and cook for a few minutes to reduce liquid and roll balls in sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Crack the eggs on top and cover pan and cook for 3 mins untill the eggs are set. Serve in the pan with chunks of bread to scoop.
