1) In a large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, graham crackers, and powdered sugar. Form into a dough, using your hands if necessary. Press firmly into a 9x13-inch (22x33-cm) baking pan.
2) Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler and pour over top of peanut butter dough. Spread evenly.
3) Let harden in the refrigerator approximately 1hour before cutting into squares.
STORE in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
