Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
3 clovesgarlic; minced or pressed
1 teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspoonginger
1 teaspoonground black pepper
1 teaspoondried mustard
1 teaspoonoregano
1 teaspoonchili powder
1 pinchcayenne pepper
4 tilapia filets; thawed

Tosca’s Keep-It-Tight Tilapia Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400ºF/ 205ºC. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a medium-sized bowl combine olive oil, garlic and seasonings.

3. Dip each filet into the seasoning and place it on the baking sheet.

4. Pour any remaining seasoning over the filets on the sheet and place the baking sheet in the oven.

5. Bake for 10 minutes.

    Mine did not look at all like the photo, it was much more coated with the spices. My guest agreed that something was missing... salt maybe? There was a bitter taste that was unpleasant - think it needs less chili powder. Might try it again, but would add salt and half the chili.
