This is a great recipe for a busy day! It is very quick and easy to make.
1. Pour soup, water, and salsa into a saucepan. Over medium heat, stir until blended and heated through.
2. Put crushed tortilla chips into the bottom of 4 bowls. Pour soup over. Top with a dollop of sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese, onion and, jalapeno.
