1/4 cHoney
2 tbSugar; Raw
1/2 cStrawberries; Fresh
1 Whole Cantaloupe; Cut Up
1 cIce; Crushed
1 cYogurt
1 tbWheat germ
1/2 cPapaya, Fresh
Fresh Mint Leaves

Tridents Special Health Shake Preparation

1. In blender, combine half of all ingredients and blend until smooth. Turn into chilled pitcher. 2. Blend remainder of ingredients and add to pitcher. To serve, pour into chilled glasses.
