| 1 cuponion; chopped |
| 2 teaspoonsgarlic; chopped |
| 1 6.5 ozcan chopped clams in clam juice; not drained |
| 2 tablespoonslight whipped butter or light buttery spread |
| 2 teaspoonslemon juice |
| 1/4 teaspoonRed pepper flakes; or more to taste |
| 1/4 teaspoonDried oregano |
| 2 teaspoonsreduced-fat parmesan-style grated topping |
| optionalsalt, black pepper |
| optionalfresh parsley; chopped |
Clam Shirataki Pasta (Hungry Girl) Preparation
Use a strainer to rinse and drain noodles. Thoroughly pat dry. Roughly cut noodles.
Bring a large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic until slightly softened. About 5 minutes.
Add noodles and all other ingredients except parm-style topping. Cook and stir until hot and well mixed, about 3 minutes.
Serve sprinkles with parm-style topping. Eat up!
