This is an easy way to Blacken Chicken. although I've used it this time on a sandwich, it could just as easily go on top of a salad, rice, or even a Pasta Alfredo.
Be careful if you use a different blacken, or Cajun seasoning blend, because you'll have to adjust for their high salt content.
