Monster Pancake

Monster Pancake

Ready in 1 hour

This was the one thing my Dad could make really well when I was growing up. They puff up while cooking in the oven to create the "monster" in the pancake. We used to serve it smothered in strawberries.

"My grandma called this Panukaka it's pancake in Swedish. Easy and fantastic. Top with maple syrup or blueberries and sauce. Don't open the oven too much during baking or it will fall. "
