Breakfast Bars Preparation
9 x 13 Cookie Sheet
LINE WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
PRE HEAT OVEN TO 350 degrees Farenheiit
FILLING FIRST –
2-8oz. pkg’s cream cheese (Neufchaatel)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large Egg Separated (Use white for crescent dough)
Mix in Bowl all the above until smooth & blend.
Keep Cool until ready to use.
Open one package & lay on Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper. Pinch together all seams.
Then spread filling on dough keeping it about ½” from edge all around.
Take second crescent package pinching all seams together, & pinch lower & upper together. Take saved egg white & whip it to a slight froth. Then brush it on top of dough. Sprinkle(1/3c. sugar& 1tsp. cinnamon) on top of dough.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 1/2 Hour.
