2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup shortening
5 to 6 tablespoons cold water
BAKED PIECRUST: Preheat oven to 425°F
With 4-tined fork, prick bottom and side of crust in
many places to prevent puffing during baking
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Cool.
(Makes one 8- or 9-inch piecrust.)
