Garlic hummus

Original recipe makes 1 Servings
2 cupsgarbanzo beans; drained, heaping
1/3 cuptahini
1/4 cuplime juice
1 tspsalt
2 clovesgarlic; minced
1 tbspolive oil
1/2 tspcayenne pepper
1 tbspgarbanzo bean juice; reserved from can

Karla's Hummus Preparation

Place all ingredients except oil into food processor. Process on low. Drizzle oil into mixture as it is being blended and continue processing until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with raw vegetables or flat bread.
