Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1- 15 oz can Black beans; Drained and rinsed well
3 large Egss
3 T. Oil
3/4 C.Sugar; (try using 1/2 C.)
1/2 C.Cocoa powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tspBaking powder
Pinch salt
1/4 C.Chocolate chips

Gluten-Free Black Bean Brownies Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square pan.

Place beans, eggs and oil in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips and precess until thoroughly combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool in the pan and cut into 2 inch squares.

Awesome! Have to use egg sub since allergic to eggs but still GREAT- love asking people what they think is in it- they NEVER guess!
