2 1/2 lbShrimp; cooked
1 20-oz canPineapple chunks; drained
3 tbCoconut milk
1 tbLime juice
PATTI VDRJ67A
1 Mango
1 Papaya
6 ozSprings pasta
3 Green onions
1 1/2 tbMayonnaise
1 11-oz canMandarin; segments, drained
1 tbGinger; freshly grated

Date: Thu, 23 May 96 22:33:51 PDT From: eboyd@shentel.net Add pasta to a large pan of rapidly boiling water; boil, uncovered for 10 minutes or until tender; drain and cool. Peel amngo and papaya and chop into chunks. Combine shrimp, all the fruits and the dressing in a bowl. Combine pasta and onions, place on serving plates, and top with salad mixture. The salad was good, but needed something added to the sauce to spice up the flavor a little. It was good, but very bland.
