Cheesy chicken broccoli rice casserole
| 2 Chicken breasts boneless and skinless |
| 1 BagBroccoli Florets |
| 1 BoxStove top stuffing |
| 1 BagSuccess boil in bag rice |
| 1 CanCampbells Cream of Mushroom |
| 1 CanCream of Chicken Soup |
| 1 CanMilk |
| 3/4 CupSour cream |
| 3 CupsCheddar cheese |
| Black pepper to taste |
| Blackening seasoning |
| Olive oil |
Cheesy chicken broccoli rice casserole Preparation
Cut chicken into bite size pieces sauté in olive oil season to taste with blackening seasoning. Blanch broccoli cut into bite sized pieces. Cook rice according to instructions. Cover bottom of a half pan or 9 x 13 baking dish with chicken pieces and then broccoli. Combine soups, milk, cheese, sour cream and rice season to taste with pepper. Whisk together well. Pour mixture over broccoli and chicken level out with a spoon. Prepare stuffing according to directions spread evenly on top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for one hour
