| 8 ouncecream cheese; softened |
| 1 tablespoonDry white wine; or use vermouth |
| 2 tablespoonsMinced Onion |
| 1/2 teaspoonWhite Horseradish |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/8 teaspoonPepper |
| 1/2 poundLump Crab Meat; Picked over |
| 1/4 cupSliced almonds |
Creamy Hot Crab Dip Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and wine. Blend well. Mix in onion, horseradish, salt and pepper. Fold in crab.
Transfer mixture to a small shallow baking dish and sprinkle almonds over top. Bake 15 minutes, or until almonds are golden brown and misture is hot and bubbly.
