Great on the side with fried chicken.
Heat oil in skillet and cook shallots until tender but not browned. Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Saute until beef is cooked through. Drain fat. Add beans, barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Cook to heat through or desired thickness. Serve topped with green onions.
