Yummy marinade for chicken or seafood. Pork would work also.

Servings
Original recipe makes 1 Servings
6 ozHoney
6 ozSoy sauce
6 ozLime Juice
2 tspLime zest
1 tspRed pepper flakes

Honey Lime Chicken Marinade/Glaze Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Whisking ensures the honey gets blended in. I have used it with chicken, but I think it would be good with some seafood, too. Marinade your protein for up to, but not more than, 2 hours.

To make the glaze, place the left over marinade in a saucepan over medium-high heat and boil until reduced by about half and thickened to a glaze, 8-10 minutes.

Notes

The marinade is easy enough to make. I like it with chicken grilled or broiled.
