| 1/4 cButter; or margarine--melted |
| 1 cCornmeal |
| 2 Eggs; beaten |
| 1 lbLean ground beef |
| 2 tbChili powder |
| 1 cmilk |
Aunt Lucille Wanderers Tamale Pie Preparation
Tamale Pie Stir ingredients together in the order given above. Pour into large casserole dish or 9" x 13" pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until solid, dry and golden brown. Sauce Blend ingredients together with a wire wisk. Serve with sauce over top of individual servings. OPTIONS Can be cooked in a microwave on high for approximately 20 minutes. One half of mixed Tamale Pie ingredients may be frozen for baking at a later date.
