Peel potatoes, cook until soft, mash potatoes, mix with 4 tbsp oil and 3 eggs.
Combine 2 lb ground meat or chicken, 3 eggs, salt, 1 tbsp ketchup, garlic powder, black pepper, 2 tsp lemon juice.
Spread 1/2 potato onto greased pan. spread meat mixture on top, spread remaining potato mixture. Sprinkle paprika. Bake for 1-1 1/2 hour
