Ingredients
| 6 cupsromaine lettuce; chopped |
| 2 cupschicken breast; cooked, shredded |
| 1 mediumyellow or green bell pepper; coarsely choppd |
| 1 mediumcucumber; unpeeled, chopped |
| 3 plum tomaotes; chopped |
| 2 ouncegenoa salami; chopped |
| 1 can15 oz Chick peas; drained, rinsed |
| 1/2 cupkalamata olives; halved |
| 1/4 cupred onion; very thinly sliced |
| 1/ cupfresh basil; torn |
| 1 ounceparmesan cheese; shaved |
| Dressing |
| 3 tbspolive oil |
| 3 tbspbalsamic vinegar |
| 1 tspdijon mustard |
| 1 tspsugar |
| 1/8 tspblack pepper; coarse ground |
| 1 clovegarlic; finey chopped |
Italian Chopped Salad Preparation
1. In large bowl, toss all salad ingredients except cheese.
2. In a small bowl, beat dressing ingredients with whisk until blended. Pour over salad mixture. Toss to coat. Top with cheese.
