Instant Potato Leek Chowder

Recipes »  Soups, Stews and Chili  »  Chowders

This easy chowder comes together quickly thanks to instant mashed potato and other staples you're likely to have in your fridge or pantry. My 2 picky kids ate this up, especially when they got to pile on their own toppings!

"So easy and a kid-pleaser! This recipe also works great with shredded rotisserie chicken (about 1/2 of medium chicken) and an extra cup of broth." - Jengerhardt96
