Nantucket Cranberry Pie Preparation
Butter the bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Pour raw cranberries in, sprinkle buts over and pour sugar evenly on top.
Mix butter, sugar, flour, eggs, almond extract. Pour over the cranberries and nuts. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm and with whipped cream or ice cream.
