tomato walnut talapia Preparation
Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. In a large ovenproof skillet coated with non-stick spray, cook fillets in butter over med high heat for 2-3 min. on each side or until lightly browned.
Place tomato slices over fish. Combine the topping ingred. spoon over tomato. Broil 3-4" from the heat for 2-3 min. or until topping is lightly browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
