Mini Thai Meatballs and Peanut Sauce Preparation
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
2. In a large bowl, combine everything but sauce. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Set on sheet. Bake, flipping halfway through, until deep golden, 30 minutes.
3. Serve with peanut sauce for dipping, plus lime wedges (optional)
