Brown and drain ground beef. Add chili and salsa. Heat through for about 5 minutes. Cover bottom of casserole dish with tortilla chips. Cover with beef mixture. Spread a layer of sour cream and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
