| 1 Container (8 Oz)Boccincini (Small Mozzarella Balls) |
| 1/4 cupExtra virgin olive oil |
| 1 teaspoonfresh thyme; chopped |
| 1 teaspoonFresh oregano; chopped |
| 1/4 teaspoonred-pepper flakes |
| 1/2 teaspoonKosher Salt |
Marinated Mozzarella Preparation
1. Drain the mozzarella balls.
2. Mix all ingredients well in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
3. Move them around from time to time so the oil covers all pieces of cheese.
4. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before you serve it.
