Original recipe makes 1 Servings
2 Baked 9" Pet Ritz deep dish
8 ozCarton Cool Whip, thawed
1 cVanilla ice cream
1 1/3 cBoiling water
1 pk(6 oz.) lemon Jello (sugar
1 cLite peaches, chopped
1/2 ptStrawberries, chopped

Peach-Strawberry Pie Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill.
