CS Asian Salad with Chicken

| 1/2 cupRice vinegar |
| 1 tablespoonginger; finely minced |
| 1 tablespoonSesame Oil |
| 2 tablespoonFresh lemon juice |
| Salt; to taste |
| 2 tablespoonDijon mustard |
| 1 tablespoonsoy sauce |
| 1 clovegarlic; finely minced |
| 2 tablespoonsExtra virgin olive oil |
| 1 teaspoonBlack pepper |
| 1 headcabbage; chopped |
| 1 mediumhicama; thinly sliced with peeler |
| 1 mediumcarrot; thinly sliced with peeler |
| 10 ounceschicken breast; chopped |
| 1.5 cupschow mein noodles |
| 2 tablespoonssesame seeds |
CS Asian Salad with Chicken Preparation
1. Heat vinegar and sugar in small sauce pan until sugar melts
2. Whisk in ginger, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt, mustard, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil and pepper to complete dressing
3. In a large bowl, mix cabbage, hicama, green onions and carrot
4. Top with chicken and noodles
5. Dress salad or serve on the side
6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve
