Steak 'Auld Reekie'
Steak 'Auld Reekie' Preparation
Pan fry the steaks to preference, remove and set aside.
Pour whiskey into pan and flambé.
Add cream and cheese then simmer, stirring until reduced by half.
Mix in butter and season.
Pour over steaks and serve on bed of Champ (creamed potatoes & spring onions).
