Original recipe makes 50 Servings
1/2 cupRed Wine Vinegar
1/3 cupWater
1/3 cupOlive Oil
1/4 cupLight Corn Syrup
2 1/2 TablespoonsRomano Cheese; grated
1/4 teaspoonParsley Flakes
1 PInchOregano
2 TablespoonsDry Pectin
1 LargeEgg; Beaten
1 1/4 tspsalt
1 tspLemon juice
1/2 tspFresh garlic, peeled; or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 pinchRed Crushed Peppers

Olive Garden Italian Salad Dressing Preparation

Mix all ingredients in Blender for 30 seconds. Chill for 1 hour before using.

Notes

Taste great on a chicken salad with pineapple.
