Tomato Vidalia Onion and Chickpea Salad

| 1 tbDijon mustard |

| 3/4 cVidalia; Coarsely chopped |
| 4 1/2 tbRed wine vinegar |
| 1 cchickpeas; Cooked or canned (drained And rinsed) |
| 1/4 cfresh basil; Chopped |

Tomato Vidalia Onion and Chickpea Salad Preparation
In a large bowl, toss the tomato, chickpeas, onion, and basil. In a small bowl, stir together the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad and toss.
