Tomato Vodka Sauce
Original recipe makes 1 Servings
| 1/3 cVodka |
| salt and pepper; to taste |
| 2 Green onions; (white only) |
| 2 cWhipping cream |
| 3/4 lbRipe tomatoes, seeded & |
| 2 tbButter |
| 2 tsPink peppercorns; crushed |
Tomato Vodka Sauce Preparation
Melt butter. Add green onions and saute 1 minute. Add vodka and boil until evaporated. Add tomatoes and cream. Simmer until thickened. Add salt and pepper. Yield: 2 cups.
