Roasted Asparagus with Chili Garlic Oil Preparation
Preheat oven to 450
In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, and chile flake. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and let sit.
In a large pan, layer asparagus and dress with remaining tbsp oil, Season with salt. Roast in oven until tender and brown; about 30 minutes.
Dress with chile oil and serve.
