Very tasty and the so quick and easy. A great option for a busy week night. Slightly sweet and a little tangy.
Puncture chops with a fork a couple times on each side. Cover pork chops with enough marinade to fully coat. Let set for 15-30 minutes.
Heat skillet to medium-high, add pork chops. Cook a couple minutes on each side till browned and nearly done. Temporarily remove chops to a plate and keep warm.
Add pineapple chunks and drizzle with some marinade*, stir to coat and toss around till browned. Return chops to skillet, drizzle with a little more marinade* and brown on both sides of chops.
Serve immediately, I prefer over rice.
*Use fresh marinade, not what the pork was sitting in.
If you have think chops, brown on both sides over med-high, add marinade*, reduce heat to med-low or low and simmer for half hour. Remove chops and cook off most of remaining liquid, add pineapples and continue as above.
