Peaches n Cream Ice Cream
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 12
| 3 cnfreestone peaches; (1-lb) |
| 1 1/2 cSugar |
| 1 cnSweetened condensed milk |
| 2 -(up to) |
| 1/4 tsAlmond extract |
| 3 drRed food color; optional |
| 4 cmilk |
| 1 tbFresh Lemon Juice |
| 1 tsVanilla extract |
| 1/4 tsSalt |
| 3 lbfresh peaches; Mashed |
| 3 cWhipping cream |
Peaches n Cream Ice Cream Preparation
When using fresh peaches, sweeten to taste. Combine peaches and lemon juice. In a very large mixing bowl combine milk, whipping cream, sugar, vanilla and almond extract, salt. Add peaches to the mixture; stir in food color, if,desired. Chill. Put into ice cream freezer and churn. Yields 1 gallon. From . Downloaded from G Internet, G Internet.
