Swiss-Mushroom Quiche
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 Servings
| 2 10 oz cansBoneless chicken |
| 8 ouncesSwiss cheese; grated |
| 1 poundMushrooms |
| 1 Deep Dish Pie Shell |
| Top Mixture |
| 3 Eggs; beaten |
| 1 cupMayonnaise |
| 1/2 cupmilk |
Swiss-Mushroom Quiche Preparation
Bake pie shell for 5 minutes at 375 degrees to brown.
Mix chicken, swiss cheese and mushrooms together and place in pie shell.
Mix Top Mixture together and place on top of chicken mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
After baking, let sit for 20-30 minutes to set.
