Suggest a better descriptionIn a shallow dish, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder. In a separate shallow dish combine panko, Old Bay Seasoning and parmesan.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a shallow glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Dip each fillet in butter mixture, then roll well in the panko mixture. Place filets in a single layer onto prepared pan. Bake 12-14 minutes or until flaky.
Serve with lemon wedges.
Variation: Instead of baking, sear fillets in frying pan with heated olive oil (couple minutes each side depending on size of fillets).
