Ingredients

1/4 c Sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 Egg
Nonstick spray
1 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 c Cooking oil

Preparation

Preheat a killet over medium heat. Use a pan wiht a nonstick surface or apply a little nonstick spray. In a blender or with a mixer, combine all of the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter by spoonfuls into the hot pan, forming 5" circles. When the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes. They should be light brown. You forgot the milk! I added milk till it became a batter... Taste just like IHOP pancakes... Thats why you get the stars from me :)

This recipe is missing milk or buttermilk. As is, this recipe would be horrible.
