1/2 cSoy sauce
1 Beef top sirloin steak
1 tsGround ginger
1/4 cBrown sugar
1 Garlic; minced

Top Sirloin Steak Teriyaki Preparation

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. Place steak on grill over ash-covered coals. When first side is browned, brush with teriyaki sauce, turn and finish cooking the second side, brushing with sauce occasionally. Carve steak across grain into thin slices This kitchen-tested recipe is from the National Live Stock and Meat Board. SOMEHOW, NOTHING SATISFIES LIKE BEEF.
