Shape into balls dip into unbeaten egg whites then roll in nuts.
Place on a greased baking sheet dent centre with thumb bake at 375 degrees about 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and dent again. Condinure baking for 12-15 minutes.
Fill with jam while still hot.
