Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast the walnuts for 10-15 minutes on a cookie sheet. Combine honey, water and oil in a skillet. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat. Stir in the walnuts. Cook until evaporated; stir lots!--about 1 minute. Transfer to a bowl containing the sugar and salt and toss with the nuts. Spread on a cookie sheet to cool.
