An easy, but tasty, childhood favorite. Great for a busy mom!
1. Follow directions on the stuffing box and set aside.
2. Place chicken in 13x9 baking dish or 2 qt casserole dish.
3. Mix soup, vegetables and milk and pour over chicken.
4. Spoon stuffing evenly over the top.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Each serving is approximately 270 calories and 5 grams fat (with skim milk and no butter added to stuffing mix). = 6 Weight Watchers points
