1 tspOlive Oil
1 SmallOnion; Finely Chopped
3 Garlic Cloves; Minced
1 PoundGround Chicken
2 14.5 Ounce CansStewed Tomatoes
1 14.5 Ounce CanChicken Broth
1 8 Ounce CanTomato Sauce
1/2 tspItalian Seasoning
1/2 tspDried Basil
1/2 tspDried Oregano
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1 Cup CookedRotini Pasta

Luther's Italian Chicken Soup Preparation

Saute onion, celery and garlic. Add chicken and cook.

Stir in stewed tomatoes, broth, tomato sauce, seasonings. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook until the pasta is just tender, about 15 minutes.
