Salad of chicory and celeriac
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 6 Servings
| 1 small celeriac; peeled and cut into thin matchstick strips |
| 4 headschicory; washed and separated into leaves |
| the dressing |
| 1 stemparsley leaves; chopped |
| 1 clovegarlic; peeled and finely chopped |
| 10 capers; finely chopped |
| 1 small dollopDijon mustard |
| 1 small squeezeFresh lemon juice |
| 1 tbspRed wine vinegar |
| 2 tbspgood olive oil |
| 1 tspWalnut oil |
| some salt and fresh ground black pepper |
| some blue cheese; crumbled (optional) |
| some walnuts; toasted (optional) |
