A new twist of use of egg roll wraps
Cook ground beef on medium-high heat, drain.
Combine ground beef, lettuce and onion in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until lettuce wilts; drain through sieve until cool.
Whisk egg and water in bowl. set aside.
Assemble roll by placing cheese in center of roll, top with 1/4 cup of mixture. Roll according to wrapper directions.
Brush top with egg whites. Fry in batches of 3 or 4 until golden brown.
