The easiest corned beef dinner ever.
Remove brisket from package and rinse off. Pat dry with paper towels. Place on trivit in pressure cooker. Sprinkle seasoning packet over brisket.
Add 2 cups water to pan and secure lid.Heat cooker until steaming. Lower heat to low medium and cook for about 20 minutes/pound at 15 pounds pressure.
Cool pot under cold running water until pressure returns to normal. Open lid away from you to prevent being burned by steam.
If the cut is very thick, it may need more time, bring back up to pressure and cook longer.
Vegetables may be place in the cooker after removing the brisket to rest, Secure lid and bring to 15 pounds pressure. Lower temp and cook for about 8 minutes. Cool under cold water as before. Remove vegetables and serve with the brisket.
