|1 kgGround beef; Finely Minced|
|1 teaspoonRed Chilli Powder; Crushed|
|½ teaspoonBlack Pepper; coarsely ground|
|1 teaspoonCoriander; coarsely ground and roasted|
|1 teaspoonCumin Seeds; roasted and finely ground|
|4 eachGreen Chillies; finely chopped|
|1 eachMedium Onion; finely chopped|
|4 eachTomatoes; finely chopped|
|1 bunchFresh Mint Leaves; finely chopped|
|1 bunchFresh Coriander Leaves; finely chopped|
|½ teaspoonSalt; to taste|
|½ cupCooking oil|
Chapli Kebab Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients with minced beef and knead mixture well. Set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Take about 1 ¼ tbsp. of meat mixture in your hand. Place it in center of palm. Roll it to form a smooth ball. Flatten the ball by pressing firmly between your palms. These kebabs should be a little bigger in size than usual round kebabs.
Heat oil in frying pan. When oil gets hot lower heat and fry kebabs until well done.
