| 1 Container (16 oz)Sour cream |
| 1 Tub (8 oz)Cream cheese |
| 1 PacketItalian dressing mix; Good seasons |
| 1 CupShredded cheddar cheese; Can be mixed in or sprinkled on top |
| 2 CupsCooked diced ham |
| 1 Package (2 lb)Frozen hash brown potatoes |
Potato and Ham Casserole Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Put into a large casserole dish (a 13 by 9 inch pan works, too) and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
