| 1 cupSugar |
| 2 teaspoonsBaking powder |
| 1 teaspoonCinnamon |
| 1/4 teaspoonNutmeg |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 cupRipe Bananas; Mashed |
| 2 Eggs |
| 1/3 cupCanola or Vegetable Oil |
| 1/4 cup1% Milk |
| 1 teaspoonVanilla extract |
| 1 cupChopped Walnuts |
| 1/2 cupChocolate and Peanut Butter Mini-Chips |
Funky Munky Bread Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease 9X5 inch loaf pan
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a small mixing bowl. In a large bowl combine bananas, eggs, oil, milk and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in nuts and chocolate/peanut butter chips; pour into lightly greased pan
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Slice and Serve, enjoy!!
