Original recipe makes 1 Serving
1.25 teaspoontea powder; Taj Mahal brand or Brooke bond
1 tiny pieceGinger; dry powder or freshly cut
2 clove seeds
1 cardamom seed
1 cup2% Milk

Indian Chai Preparation

Heat 1 cup milk for about 2 minutes and add the above in order.

Let the heat on medium flame for three to four minutes or until you see desired strength or color.

Filter out all solid part and add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sugar.

Mix well.
